travelling
I must say, I do enjoy travelling very, very much. I haven't seen a lot of this world but I have travelled a bit around Europe. I thought I might write about some places I've been to and also upload pictures.
I don't exactly know what fascinates me so much about travelling. It is definitely something to look forward to when you've had a long and stressful day and you dream of just stepping into a plane and escape.
Besides, I love the planning. I started making lists to help me decide what to pack and the earlier you start the harder it gets to forget something. I mean, you forget something anyhow but, at least, you can prevent forgetting the essentials. For example, I forgot my swimming clothes once when we went to Mallorca and that is why I started making lists, so something like that wouldn't happen again (and it hasn't!).
I also like airports. Yes, it is annoying going through all of these security controls and yes, sometimes I feel a wee bit uncomfortable on planes while landing but strolling through the duty-free shops or just sitting in the waiting area, perhaps reading a book and waiting to board makes me quite excited.
And then, of course, once you've arrived and maybe checked into your hotel and settled in and met lots of new people, saw lots of fascinating sights, had lots of exotic and delicious food to eat ... there is nothing else to do but enjoy your time.

Omg! You've been in Amsterdam! So lucky, I wish to go there one day too! And you've even been in Czech! Will you write about it later too? I'd love to know how did you like it here^^

DeleteAs to the Czech Republic I'm not quite sure if I'm still able to write much about it as I was there twice: once many years ago and second time was three years ago (Prague) which was lovely nonetheless - also worth the trip! But who knows, you might just have gotten me passed my writer's (or blogger's?) block - so thanks again xx
