Why you should ... watch doddleoddle

Doddleoddle - Dodie Clark

I discovered the channel doddleoddle about one and a half years ago and decided fairly quickly to subscribe to Dodie Clark.
When you subscribe to a channel on youtube, there might be several reasons why but often I've discovered it's about the person behind it. Whatever they do (Let's plays, make-up, vlogs, covers, original songs or whatever you can come up with, we all know there is a lot), it isn't as important as the personality on his or her own. Take a gaming video for example. You could play the game yourself but it wouldn't be the same. Be aware of what you're watching. The person or people are not silently playing their game but instead interacting with each other in the case of at least two people or interacting with the audience. They make jokes, ask questions that can lead to (let's call it) feedback in the comment section. Thus, you get to know the people and build a kind of relationship.
In the case of Dodie, besides her beautiful appearance, great sense of fashion and enchanting voice, I very much like her as a person. She comes across as the exact opposite of artificial - she may not speak about everything concerning her personal life (obviously) but she does open up about a lot (especially in her second channel) which creates an authentic human personality. In addition to that, she writes wonderful songs with simple arrangements and artful lyrics that help to get to know her better.
So all there is left for me to do is tell you to check out her channel!
