I am proud to say that I have made a new discovery! The band is called Skinny Living and I found them via JacksGap. Here is the Shed Session. Simple music with meaningful messages.

"Skinny Living is a new band based in Wakefield, which is just outside Leeds in the North of England.

The band is made up of four guys. A pleasant blend of Vocalists, songwriters and musicians; namely Ryan Johnston, Will Booth, Danny Hepworth and Rhys Anderton with different musical backgrounds and influences." (skinnylivingmusic.co.uk) That pretty much sums it up.
